Processing

Orders are inspected, packaged, and dispatched from our atelier within 2 business days of payment clearance. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your piece ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard insured shipping — 3 to 5 business days · complimentary on all orders
• Expedited insured shipping — 1 to 2 business days · calculated at checkout

International shipping

Available to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Signature required

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Luxe Vault Co. is not responsible for items lost or stolen after a carrier confirms delivery to the address on file. Please make sure your shipping address is secure and monitored.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's delivery confirmation. We insure every shipment in transit; claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
