Returns

Because every piece in the vault is one of a kind, returns are reviewed individually. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted in writing to returns@luxevaultco.store with your order number and reason for return.

Condition requirements

  • Item must be in the exact condition it was received
  • All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must be included
  • No signs of use, wear, scent, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.

Final sale

The following are final sale and not eligible for return: items marked Sale, items from the Vintage and Rare collection, special-order or sourced pieces, gift cards, and any item that has been worn or altered.

Refund method

Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for 12 months. Original shipping charges and return shipping are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply at our discretion.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item is guaranteed 100% authentic. In the unlikely event that a piece is proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authenticator, we will issue a full refund including shipping. See our authentication promise for details.
