House-authorized repairs

Structural repairs (zippers, handles, stitching, relining) are referred to independent specialists or to the original house's repair program when available. We will help coordinate but the repair contract is between you and the service provider.

Email care@luxevaultco.store with photos and a description of the work needed. Quotes are provided within 3 business days. Repair work is not covered by the original purchase price and is billed separately.

Items submitted for repair are handled with care and insured while in our possession. Luxe Vault Co. is not liable for the workmanship of third-party repair providers.
